By purchasing or accessing the ErosCode program, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
ErosCode is a self-paced digital coaching program consisting of video modules, workbooks, exercises, and supplementary materials ("the Program"). The Program is delivered entirely online and accessible immediately upon purchase.
The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use by the individual purchaser. Access is non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties.
To purchase and access the Program you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The Program is offered as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at the time of checkout. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
